To help us serve all our clients efficiently, Kamloops Spay Neuter Clinic has a firm cancellation and no-show policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or surgery, we ask for at least 24 business hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice or missed appointments, will be subject to a fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer timely care to other pets in need. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
