Our appointments are scheduled so that each patient receives the right amount of time to be seen by our Veterinary Team. It is very important that you keep to your scheduled appointment time by arriving a few minutes early.
Surgeries:
For all canine and feline surgeries, we will email you one week before the scheduled appointment with your pet’s surgical consent forms and detailed information regarding the appointment. Please check your junk folder, as sometimes our emails may be filtered there!
Additionally, we will give you a reminder phone call at the main number listed on your account one day before the appointment, providing important pre-surgery instructions.
Vaccination Appointments:
We will give you a reminder call at the main number listed on your account the day before the appointment.
If your schedule changes and you are unable to keep your appointment with us, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your appointment, move your deposit (if applicable) to the new appointment time, and offer your vacated spot to another patient. Out of respect to our team and other clients, we ask for at least 24 business hours’ notice when cancelling an appointment (weekends and stat holidays are not counted as business hours).
Missing a scheduled appointment or cancelling/rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, will result in a No-Show or Cancellation fee (see below), which must be paid before we will book another appointment with you. If a deposit had been made, your deposit will be considered void, and you will be required to make a new deposit for any future surgery you may book.
If you have received a No Show or Cancellation fee on your account, you will be required to prepay the full cost of any future appointments before we book you again. If you had previously made a deposit, and cancelled without sufficient notice, your deposit will be fully forfeit. A second no show or cancellation without notice, will result in the practice terminating it’s relationship with you.
