Important notice:

We are now currently accepting applications for Spay and Neuter procedures, and appointment requests for vaccinations.  We encourage all pet owners to book using our online form here. Please continue to check back for updates. 

Important Notice: Due to the higher volume of missed surgeries (No Shows), The Kamloops Clinic will now be requiring a non-refundable deposit of $200 for all of our Canine Spay or Neuter Surgeries. Once you have booked, we ask that you either drop in to the clinic or we will contact you 1 week prior to your scheduled surgery, where we can take your payment by phone.  If we are unable to reach you, you will be given 48 hours to call us back, otherwise we will open your appointment slot to another pet or pets.  These specific surgeries take up significantly more time and cost to our resources, so we are trying to ensure that everyone in the public has access to us in as timely a manner as possible. 

Booking Surgery or Vaccination Appointments

All appointments are now booked online only using our online booking form here. Please ensure that you fill in all required information accurately, so we are able to verify, promptly process your request, keep your information up to date in our system, and contact you for your deposit (if applicable).  Please check our eligibility requirements here as appointment space is limited.
Once an application request has been made, we will contact you by email and offer a tentative surgery date.  You must reply within the given timeline to secure the offered spot for your pet.  If we do not hear from you by the specified date, the appointment will be forfeited and will be offered to someone else.
Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder as many email programs filter out our messages!
When we receive your emailed response, we will send a booking package to you with all the information needed for your pet’s appointment.  If you have booked a dog spay/neuter surgery, we will also contact you by phone to arrange deposit payment.
Please read the document carefully as it includes important instructions that must be followed for your pet to have a safe surgery or appointment!
NOTE: Appointment slots are reserved only for you and the specific pet requested.  We accept no substitutions!  If your pet has been re-homed, it is your sole responsibility to contact us and cancel your appointment, otherwise you will be charged a no show or cancellation fee. The appointment is not transferable to the new owners.
